The following are the terms and conditions of participation in the Inclusive Dance Camp from 07/30 until 08/02 2018 at Rigby`s Jig Dance Studio. Please read these policies very carefully.
Policies and Procedures
By clicking "I Agree" above, I certify that I have read and comprehend the Inclusive Dance Camp 2018 (in the following IDC) Policies and Procedures as shown here and agree to abide by them. I understand that failure to abide by these policies may result in dismissal from all classes and activities during the Inclusive Dance Camp 2018.
No refunds will be given for canceling the Inclusive Dance Camp after 06/16/2018.
Release of Liability/Care of Students
As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Dr. Pierre Gider and at Rigby`s Jig Dance Studio, its owners, staff, and teachers from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Dr. Pierre Gider or Rigby`s Jig Dance Studio, its owners and staff or in route to or from any of said premises. Dr. Pierre Gider or Rigby`s Jig Dance Studio and its staff are not responsible for lost or stolen items. All students' personal belongings must be taken with them into the dance room.
Care of Students
Neither Dr. Pierre Gider nor Rigby`s Jig Dance Studio is responsible for providing before or after class care for students. Written notification is requested if your child is to be picked up by anyone other than the usual caretaker. Parents are responsible for all damages caused by their child's behavior.
Dr. Pierre Gider or Rigby`s Jig Dance Studio are hereby granted permission to take photographs or videos of the students to use in brochures, web sites, posters, advertisements and other promotional material, and to post toYouTube and Vimeo videos of class dances to be used primarily , not exclusively, for instructional purposes, and to copyright such photographs and videos in its name. In order to protect the students, videotaping is NOT allowed by non-staff members. Families are welcome to take photos.
The undersigned gives permission to Dr. Pierre Gider or Rigby`s Jig Dance Studio, its owners and staff to seek medical treatment for the participant in the event they are not able to reach a parent or guardian. I declare the participant to be in good physical and mental health, with no restrictions as to their participation in the Inclusive Dance Camp.
The registration fee is $299.- per person for the Inclusive Dance Camp. Payment: The registration fee must be paid in full between 06/18/18 a 06/20/18 online using bank draft (no credit cards) only. After your registration we will email you our bank information.
Each individual participant must complete an Individual Waiver in person indicating that he/she understands and accepts the risks of participating in the Inclusive Dance Camp 2018 and waives liability of Dr. Pierre Gider and Rigby`s Jig Dance Studio in case of injury during class.
Notifications: Snow/Inclement Weather/Unexpected Interruption of Classes
Notification of class cancellations will be given via email. We must have your correct email address for you to receive notices. If we must cancel the IDC due to extreme weather or events beyond our control (such as power outages) we might need to reschedule the Camp. No refunds for these cancelled classes will be given.
Dress Code & Class Etiquette
We love seeing our dance students with the proper attire to succeed. Students are not permitted to wear jeans or shoes worn outdoors to any dance class. Required dance/fitness wear and shoes must be worn to all classes. For safety reasons dancers are not permitted to wear jewelry, or chew gum during class. Long hair must be tied back. Kindness, respect, and encouragement amongst peers, teachers, staff and parents is appreciated.
